Warm Out!!!

Today it was actually around 55 degrees! It was pretty warm. I had worn my winter coat to school but in the afternoon it was so warm that I stuffed it into my backpack and wore my t-shirt home! It got windy, though. My dad said that the warmth won't last. :-(

Vampires

Here is everything I know about vampires:

- the have pale white skin
- their skin is ice cold and rock hard
- It takes a lot to hurt them
- to kill them, you have to chop them into many pieces and then burn the pieces. You have to burn them because if you don't, the pieces will start to put themselves back together!!
- When vampires are in the sun, their skin glitters like it's made up of diamonds.
- The Cullen family is "vegetarian" which means that they only drink the blood of animals not humans.
- When bitten by a vampire, you become a vampire after a three day long morphosis. During this time, you feel a terrible burning in you and when it's over, you can feel your thirst and see your red eyes.
- Newborn vampires are not necessarily babies, they are just people that have recently turned into a vampire.
- Newborn vampires have red eyes. As you get older, your eyes will sometimes turn black or a dull shade of red.
- The Cullen's eyes are a strange golden color except for when they are thirsty, then their eyes turn black.
- As you get older, you can get used to the scent of blood and not thirst for it as much. Edward Cullen's dad Carlisle is an old vampire and barely notices blood at all. After all, he is a doctor.
- Vampires don't age. Whatever age you were when you turned into a vampire, your stuck looking like that. You get older in a sense, just not physically.
- Vampires are extremely beautiful.
- Vampires are very fast. So fast that when they run, you can hardly see them.
- Some vampires have supernatural powers. For example, Edward Cullen can read minds. Jasper Cullen can control peoples feelings. Alice Cullen can see the future. This other vampire Jane can make you suffer in pain by just gazing at you.
- Vampires don't have babies because the babies would just be babies forever. They couldn't be trained to stop themselves from blood thirst.
- Vampires don't sleep.
- Vampires don't eat or drink anything except for blood. The dining table in the Cullen's home is just a prop so that people think they are normal.
- The Cullen's live in Forks, Washington because there is barely any sun and it is a out of the way.
- Vampires are very smart.
- Vampires are usually very solitary. They usually live alone or with one other vampire. The Cullen's family of 7 is quite large for a vampire group.
- Vampires are very strong
- they hate werewolves
Well that's all I can think of for now. If I get any more, I'll make an update!

I got sick with the stomach bug. That's what my dad and sisters had on Monday. Then I got it on Tuesday. I was throwing up a lot. I threw up 7 times! The seventh time was at night and I was dreaming that some one was teaching me how to ice skate. Then I opened my eyes and I was sitting up with the trash can on my lap. Nothing really came out except a little spit. It was mostly gagging. But it hurt so much! I was grasping every thing around me and making fists. I'm mostly better now. Maybe 90% better.

Tomorrow my family is going roller skating. I'm having my 12th birthday party be a roller skating one. We are just going out for a little practice. I like to roller blade. It's like ice skating, but easier. I went to this other roller skating party and at first I was terrible at it, but once I got the hang of it I was zipping around and around the rink! My dad is going to try to roller blade, because he only roller skated as a kid. I know that he'll be good at it! He picks things up pretty easily.

I'm just going to take it easy today, so that by tomorrow, I can feel awesome!

This is my little baby cousin Rowan.

I could not get him to smile for the camera. When the camera was off he was all smiles but as soon as I turned it on, the smiling went away. Eventually the camera died and he started laughing and smiling really cute. Evil little thing!

In Long Island I got this scarf. We went to this little shop called G. Willikers. It's a toy shop.

It has peace signs on it!

February Break

Yay! It is Friday the 13th (ahhhhhh!!!!!) and we don't have to go to school for a week. This is because it is February vacation! Tomorrow we are going to Long Island, New York to see Mom's brother and my little baby cousin! We are bringing Meenah the dog with us. This is her first long car ride. My aunt and uncle have cats though. Ah, we see a problem. Well the cats will probably just go hide. Problem solved. My cousin loves Meenah. He squeals when he sees her and yanks on her long ears. He also tries to get at her eyes. Poor Meenah just sits there and takes the abuse. Whatever. For the rest of vacation we are just staying home and relaxing.
