didn't do much..
So this morning I went to my swim practice and we had to put these weird floats between our legs and hold it there while we swim... and i think it's meant for gaining you arm skills... but the problem is i'm already not a strong swimmer so this just made it harder! Ohh yeah I was slow. Then later we got to use flippers and it was really easy except for the times we had to do a 25 completely under water... It was the end of practice! I had no breath left over so I couldn't do it... Grrr I don't even have strong lungs to start with! And we had to do a 100 (two laps[a lap is across the pool twice]) for time and it was difficult cause sprinting as I said in the last post is just not my thing! Then later after practice I read Twilight a bit, then my family went to Kimballs for icecream mmmmm :) I got mocha chip. Then I watched some tv, learned how to burn ants with a magnifying glass, and played sims. And that's my day! Talk to you later :)

that sounds cool
One time when I was taking water polo we had to swim 25 yards underwater. First we played water polo for 45 minutes, then we had to swim 25 yards with the butterfly and swim back underwater.
Harsh!
