Bio Bay and Old San Jaun!

Yesterday, at nighttime we went to a dock where there were LOTS of boats! They were mostly speed boats and sail boats. We were going on a Bio-Luminescent Bay tour!!!! The special thing about Bio-Bay is that there are microscopic organisms that glow when they are touched. So they took us on a really bumpy boat ride to Vieques where we had dinner, then went on another jostley bus ride to the bay. After boating out for a few minutes we stopped and looked at the constalations. The sky was so clear!!!! I saw sooo many stars and saw SOOOOO many constalations! Oh, the tour guide showed us how to find the north star from the big dipper! You know, our science teacher taught us that....but i never really understood. But now i do!! So then, we all got into the water! Since it was like 10 at night by then, it was really dark. Every time we moved in the water, it glowed from the microscopic organisms!!!!!! IT WAS SO COOL!!!!!!!!! I would have gotten pictures but it was dark and i didn't want to take out my camera for fear of dropping it in the water.

So that was yesterday. Today we went into Old San Jaun. Its apparently the old part...of San Jaun? Hahahhah! First we went to an old fort, which had awesome views!!!! After that we were all super duper hot cuz well, it was a hot day today! We went to a nice cool restaurant and had shakes and some snacks. Then we went out to shop! WOOHOOOOO!!! So i got 2 dresses :) Yeah i haven't bought a dress in sooo long! But they are really pretty and they are pretty casual too so i can wear it around the pool over the summer. One is purple and gold, and the other is like white, brown, pink and such. We looked around like a million shops. I think Friday I will go to the hotel gift shop to buy some things that i didn't find out shopping. I really want a sweatshirt that says Peurto Rico on it! Well that was my day! HOLA!
