Gym
In gym we are doing fitness testing. We have a little chart that we fill out every year in gym class. My mark how far we can jump, how many sit-ups we can do in a minute, how many curb jumps we can do in 30 seconds, how fast we can run 50 meters, how fast we can run 100 meters, and how fast we can run a mile. We do a couple tests a day. Yesterday we did sit-ups, curb jumps and long jumps. For sit-ups I did 24 in one minute. It's better than last year but not very good. For curb jump (which is jumping on and off the curb with both feet) I did 32 in 30 seconds. It's pretty hard actually to do curb jumps so... For the long jump I jumped 3 feet, 4 inches which is 3 inches better than last year :-P Sadly, today I got some aches and cramps in my stomach area so I think it is from those sit-ups because lots of other girls are complaining about it, too. I can't wait for the mile run- it's my favorite!!
