Hey guys! So my mom has these ten dollar itunes gift cards and if i give her ten bucks i get a card so i can buy music. I got one and then I found out that the glee season 2 album costs thirteen bucks so i got my hands on another card and bought the track! I love the songs on it! I recommend it to any glee lovers! I also bought another song so that is 18 songs i've bought so far! Wowzers! I want to buy Meet me Halfway by the Black Eyed Peas. Should I?
Today at school we saw Invictus! It's about Nelson Mandela and how he supported South Africa's national rugby team. He was trying to mend the scars of the past and unite the country because of the racial issues. The movie was really good, I thought. It was sad too. And it had Matt Damon in it! Bonus! But afterwards we had to write a six paragraph essay on the movie and the poem Invictus. Here's the poem "Invictus" by William Ernest Henley:
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeoning of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
