Twilight

I finished reading Twilight! It is a great book! I've been reading it non stop since the day I got it. Now I'm going to start on New Moon, the second book in the series. Everyone I know has already read Twilight or is reading it or is going to read it.

Twilight is about vampires. There is this girl, Bella, who is 17 and goes to live with her father in Forks, Washington. She meets this really perfect guy named Edward Cullen who turns out to be a vampire. Edward has a craving for Bella's blood. Bella's blood smells much better and different from other humans blood. That's why Edward wants it so much. He and his family hunt animals though, so that they don't have to be monsters and suck human blood. Edward and Bella start to like each other a lot. One day, Edward and his family decide to bring Bella when they go to play vampire baseball. It is different from regular baseball because vampires are very strong and fast. The bases are a quarter mile away from each other. The pitcher stands far away too. They only play during thunder storms, though, because when they hit the ball it makes a loud boom. As they play, these other vampires come to join the Cullens. These vampires hunt humans instead of animals. They are the evil ones. One of them, James, wants to eat Bella because she smells so delicious. "The hunt is his obsession". James tricks Bella into meeting him somewhere so that he can suck her blood. But the Cullens come crashing in and save Bella from becoming a vampire!

So it really is a good book. I want to see the movie but I'm not allowed :-( But I love the book!
